Located on the shore of Vandeloos Bay and ideal as a private resort project.

Small houses are 860 sq ft each and finished for 95%.

Large house with the total area of 1 458 sq ft is finished for 60%: main structure and most work are done. We have planned this to be 2 floor building, which would increase its capacity. The buyer can do the finishing according to their taste and preferences.


The area has a pristine and unexploited shallow beach, better than resorts nearby.

The bay river on the back surrounds the land, so it is situated in what is basically an island. The river has plenty of oysters and other seafood.

We left enough room for a 2 story building of 20 rooms with a pool.


Water is available throughout the year; there is a reserve tank 21” high (7+ meters) with pump and pipe system installed on the territory.

The electricity application has been approved. The installation is due to be done soon. There is a possibility to use solar energy as well.

Most landscaping and internal road are finished. Over 40 mango trees and many other flower plants and other vegetation have been planted and looked after well.
