Walls : Engineering bricks (Cement bricks are not used)
Ceiling : Treated Lunumidella timber
Roof : Amano roofing with heat protecting foil.
Floor : Wooden flooring except Bath rooms and external floor area. External floor unpolished granite
Bath Room : Lanka tile/ Rocell tiles with Rocell or American standard bath fittings.
Doors & windows : Treated “A” grade Timber doors and glassed windows
Electricity: Three phase electricity. Computerized lighting system controlled by a TAB for each unit
Water : for drinking Natural Spring water supply system will be arranged, since there is a natural spring water resource is available. All the other purposes pipe born water supply is given
Jacuzzi Furniture & Electrical : Each unit is facilitated with a private jacuzzi (6’-0” x 6’-0”)
